If it was me i would yank the motor and just swap the rod with a new rod bearing. If you want to be less cheap... Pull all pistons and rods and re-ring all 6 cylinders with oem rings and get 6 new oem rod bearings. If it was me i would dingleberry hone it get aftermarket oem bore je11:1 pistons+ scat rods and put some boost and E85 on it.
